* Rack rates with taxes per night, per room type according to allowed availability.
* This rates apply for seasons: LOW 2008 / HIGH 2009 / LOW 2009.
* RACK Rates with a 16.39% of law taxes (Staying and Breakfast).
* 20% Commision applied in rate with breakfast.
* Continental breakfast, Typical or American include in every room type.

Kids under 0-8 years old don´t pay. Kids 9 years old and above an extra rate of $15.00 rack with taxes will be charged. The maximum od kids allowed per room in STD, STD Superior and STD Major is two, with their parents.

Reservation Policy:

In order to guarantee the reservations of their clients the following deposits are required:

1 - 3 nights deposit of 1 night, 4-8 nights deposit of 2 nights, more than 8 nigths will be 4 nigths deposit in advance. All reservation done of the 24 of December to the 02 of January inclusively, Easter and Vacations of July must be cancelled in its totality and this period cannot be divided.

Policies of Payments:

The complete prepayment of its reserves must before be received 14 days before the date of arrival from the tourists to the hotel in High Season and 7 days in Low Season. The Prepayment can be deposited to the account of the National Bank of Costa Rica; colones # 100 01 057 001820 2 or dollars #-100 02 057 600078 2, account name of Sol Radiante Desarrollos S.A. All cancellations must be received in writing to the Fax: to the hotel (506) 2643-3251.
